With over 6,000 participants, this app encourages users to engage in activities such as exercise and health check-ups to accumulate points. These points can then be used to access various services and benefits.
The app focuses on two main areas of health improvement: exercise and health management. Users can earn points by activities such as walking and cycling, as well as by recording their weight, undergoing health check-ups, and maintaining a healthy body mass index (BMI).
One of the key features of うつのみや健康ポイント is that all participants receive points for their participation. These points can be exchanged or donated for a range of benefits, including bus cards, library cards, and vouchers for municipal facilities. The exchange period for points is up to three years from the date of participation.
Additionally, participants who accumulate 3,000 points within a year receive special perks for the following year. This includes discounted services from partner companies and the opportunity to participate in prize draws for sponsored items.
Please note that this app is only available to residents of Utsunomiya city who are 18 years old and above. Non-residents are not eligible to exchange their accumulated points. Points are reset annually and cannot be carried over to the next year.
